Please be aware seasonal events and situations beyond our control from our raw material suppliers may cause production delays.
Under normal conditions, the following production schedule will be followed:
Individual and Class portraits............................will be sent by UPS ground to you in 7 to 14 business days for prepaid clear orders,
on KODAK or FUJI paper that contain all information for order execution. If we need to contact you to clarify
the order - time frame will be adjusted accordingly. Please check your SPAM folder
for e-mails from david@schoolphotocompany.org or amcnyusa@yahoo.com
within 2 days after you placed your order - our request or/and reply can go there
Some Digital and Laminated products*.............will be sent by UPS to school in 15 to 20 business days for prepaid orders
Sorry. We DO NOT accept COD for individual orders.
If individual order combine regular photographs and some digital products that require more time all order will be sent by UPS after
order is complete. We make partial orders as exceptions only. Make a special request if you need it fast.
