How it works:
Parents will be given an order form, following picture day, with a variety of proofs of their child pose attached.
They will be able to choose from up to 32 different backgrounds. Parents have to send filled out order form
and payment on or before the Expiration date for school order
Best choice for schools with experienced picture day coordinator or/and strong PTA.
Pros:
- Parents choose picture(s) they like out of 6-20 pictures of their child made in school on Picture day.
- Proof pictures available on professional grade photo paper (they are FREE to keep) or on CD or by E-mail
(extra charge).
- No obligations to buy.
- Discount coupons and special offers available for school orders that are not late.
Cons:
- Package prices are higher as a rule by 10-20%
- Extremely time consuming. A lot of paperwork on LATE orders.
- Require more time on School Picture day
- ALL kids have to be photographed - takes more time - longer picture day.
- Always some parents misplace their order forms with proof pictures attached and ask school for support.
- Slow package delivery - only first order delivery is as fast as prepaid system. All late orders we wait for all
orders to come in based on previous year experience.
- Partial deliveries. As a consequences - a lot of extra paper work and parents phone calls for school.

Picture day coordinator
A) can choose up to 6 packages (out of 18 available) and up to 10 single items (out of 20) no later then
picture day date
B) can choose up to 20 backgrounds (out of 350, plus 12 - fixed on order form) no later then picture day
date
C) have to make a schedule for picture day 30-45 min per class / per photographer and fax or
e-mail it to us at least 5 days before the picture day. Please include 20 min lunch break for
photographers at any time convenient for school
D) can choose accessories for picture day - [books], computer, umbrella, violins, toys, guitars etc. and fax or
e-mail it to us at least 5 days before the picture day
